The project started in 2019. The idea of the projects belongs to the First Lady as the Founder of the Foundation. The purpose is to uplifting of disadvantaged persons, allow them to check their health. The progect are providing free cancer education and screening for poor population of Zimbabwe, assure cancer medical stuff as volunteers, provide them with necessary equipment.

The Mobile medical buses and ambulances travelled trough the country to all main cities in all 10 provinces of the country. All rural health centers were covered by this project. The main outcome is to encourage many women to take care of the health and especially for cancer screening. Improved cancer awareness.

Angel of Hope is actively engaged in many charitable projects across the country empowering women, girls and youths trough projects including but not limited to: cancer awareness and screening, sanitary ware production, provisions for the disabled, orphans and elderly, school feeding, cookery, nutritional gardens, sewing, hospital constructions, clinic shelter provision, sports for youth, livestock rearing, fighting against drug abuse and gender-based violence.
