Russian cultural and educational center "Creation"

The goals of the center's creation and operation are: improving the level of knowledge of the younger generation, the Russian community in the city, as well as the population of Tursunzade, creating favorable conditions for the development of Russian-Tajik relations, learning the Russian language and Russian culture, providing assistance and support to the most needy categories of Russian compatriots and the population of Tursunzadevsky district.
