Ecosfera is a local group of the NGO SCI Madrid. The objective of the group is to create a framework of volunteer activities focused on the care of the environment and awareness of the need to care for ecosystems. The reason of our project lies primarily in our name: through the positive impact we have on the environment by protecting and conserving it, we actively contribute to solving local and global environmental problems. By getting involved in our projects and witnessing the direct impact of their actions, volunteers can learn about the importance of conservation and become great advocates for the environment. This is multiplied by having volunteers who have completed workcamps around the world, as their life experiences give them a global view on protecting the planet and being conscious of the place where they live.
