Improvement of Public Health through Whole Grain Nutrition with the Help of a Stone Mill
Boris Todorov wants to help more people to understand how they can improve their health with delicious food. Many people are already interested in making sourdough bread themselves at home. They buy small stone mills and grind their own grains so that the millers cannot add all kinds of chemistry to the flour and to get rid of the yeast and chemicals in it. The main idea of the project is a professional stone mill with a grain storage warehouse where the wheat will be ground in the appropriate way so that bread can be made from the milled whole grain flour.
