The core idea of work is delivering healthcare services at the doorstep of vulnerable population such as elderly, disabled, socially marginalized and people living in remote areas of Nigeria. Vulnerable populations such as the poor, disabled and elderly are mostly at risk of these adverse health conditions due to the lack of incorporation of their needs in the Government and other institutional health policies and programs.

The organization is using a community contributory health insurance system and a community outreach system to deliver healthcare services at the doorstep of target beneficiaries. Volгnteers help to solving the problem of poor accessibility of basic healthcare services among vulnerable population, thereby contributing to universal healthcare coverage and bridging the gap in healthcare access for all.
