The volunteering program that were created with three local conservation groups in three different communities of Oaxaca coast aims to make conservation a quality livelihood for local groups that have dedicated their entire lives to the protection of endangered species. At the same time, the program's aim to spread awareness of the species importance, so local guides are focused on teaching their work, everything about wildlife and a completely different way of living connected with nature.

In the last 5 months program volunteers rescued more than 30 nests of three species of sea turtles (olive ridley, green and leatherback sea turtles), collected 2,23 m3 of plastic and microplastics from the beaches.
