The Social Dataflow Project
Filipe Lipster Silva founded the Social Dataflow project as an entity that promotes technological and social innovation in the health system of the Amazon region of Ecuador. Smart software system helps the public healthcare system through Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. The project created a recommendation system that includes reports, and dashboards about diseases, epidemics, domestic violence, and minority groups that are needed by doctors, governments, research institutes, and NGOs to create effective action plans and solve the problems fast and to cut operation costs.

Filipe and his team lead civic activities in Ecuador, Colombia, and Venezuela to debate the issues of data, access to health, and inequality. As well as they contribute to innovating the work of physicians in remote and zoned areas and bring more improvements and innovation to Latin America.
