The nature of the volunteering activities is mostly educational support for disadvantaged group of pupils, students, and entrepreneurs who lacks access to proper education and professional training in different fields of society. Mrs. Azjargal Khasbat developed two basic projects to carry out contributing to the knowledge and skills of the target participants. For young generations she collaborates with various teachers and organizations that are able to provide trainings and classes under the name of "Youth Development" initiative.

For SME entrepreneurs, she carries out research and professional training project under the name of "Value Creators" with collaborating the Mongolian SMEs association. The core idea of both projects are sharing and providing necessary knowledge and skills to advance them for better contribution in the future. Because the education is the fundamental of better development in human civilization.
